Retreat options

We only host a handful of RiverSong signature retreats throughout the year. Each retreat is unique, but all carry the same essence: slowing down, breathing deeply, and remembering your own rhythm. These 3-night retreat stays provide a “long weekend” experience designed to restore balance to your nervous system.
