Winter Wellbeing Retreat


Experience the deeply regulating alchemy of retreating somewhere peaceful, surrounded by nature, practicing yoga and giving yourself time to rest and revive.

3 restorative days of bush wandering, yoga, sauna, nature, nourishing meals and time to remember what self-care feels like.

Mornings begin with accessible, active yoga to gently lift energy and mood. Later in the day we slow down with restorative yoga, yoga nidra or a sound journey with crystal singing bowls. These practices offer space to truly rest and let your nervous system settle.

After breakfast we might head out for a bush walk, spend time by the river, or you may simply prefer to find a quiet spot and do very little.

Our traditional-style sauna overlooks the river. Alternating between heat and cold can feel deeply calming, helping to ease physical tension, detoxify and support a clearer mind.

Gather around the fire pit in the evening with a heart-warming cacao, or soak in the spa pool beneath a clear night sky filled with stars.

Everything is optional.

We keep the group intentionally small so the retreat feels spacious and comfortable. There’s a mindful rhythm to each day, and plenty of space as well - no rushing, no pressure to be anywhere.

We believe healthy food supports a vibrant body and mind. Three daily vegetarian meals are wholesome, delicious and full of flavour.

No experience with yoga or meditation is needed. Everything we offer is simple, accessible, and guided in a way that allows you to go at your own pace.
